Steineco AG is a family-owned company active in the real estate sector.

Once a farmer, Marco Steiner decided to become self-employed at an early age and so he started his own business with the employment agency Steiner Personal AG in Chur. In 2007 he founded the Steineco AG and thus came into the real estate business.

Under the company Steineco AG and its sister company Steinecoplus AG, various residential developments have been realized in recent years. We are building condominium apartments as well as flats for rent mainly in Grisons and St. Galler Rheintal. The rental flats we are managing ourselves from Chur.

In 2018 the daughter, Dorine Steiner, joined the company. After completing the
apprenticeship as commercial specialist, Dorine continued with a bachelor’s degree in business law. After graduation she worked as a compliance officer in a bank in
Fürstentum Liechtenstein. In 2018 Dorine then decided to enter into the family business and thus in the real estate branch.
